You will be responsible for building solid relationships with customers and prospects selling both Software and association services. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding the customer base, focusing on both nurturing existing client relationships (50%-75%) and driving new business development (25%-50%). This includes answering incoming calls and emails as well as making outbound contact with both existing customers and prospects.
