HR Coordinator Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator is responsible for creating positive working relationships at all levels within the community. As an HR Coordinator, you will also assist in the development, deployment, and monitoring of the community’s onboarding, employee relations, labor, staffing, and retention initiatives. In this role, you will also provide assistance to the Administrator with various projects and overall operation of the facility.
