About the Role
We're looking to grow our sales team by finding bright, hardworking Account Executives who can sell our complex software solutions to a range of business functions with integrity and conviction. Each member of our team plays an integral role in building the foundation of our future sales organization. You will be the dominant driver of revenue growth, and be on the front lines of evangelizing our platform to some of the fastest-growing and innovative companies.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach to find new customers
Spearhead the growth & adoption of Commio
Engage meaningfully about our solutions with C-level executives
Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to post-sales ramping
Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts
Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Product, Account Managers) to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles
Engage in team sales training
Lead compelling presentations of Commio’s product and vision to a broad range of audiences from C-level executives to individual contributors
Qualifications
2 years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS provider, with a record of top performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of the software and technology industry
Ability to thrive in a remote team-based environment during East Coast business hours
Unwavering drive to be successful and constantly develop your career
Intellectual curiosity and high ambition
Location and Compensation
Remote, working East Coast hours (8am-5pm)
Base salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000, taking into account numerous variable factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational requirements.
