We are a global company with operations in 12 cities across the US and Europe, already working with the largest landlords in the world, in residential buildings, student housing, and offices, with 30,000 households under management with over 100% QoQ growth and an exciting wait-list.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on candidate to join our operations team!

You will be responsible for the maintenance and care of the units in buildings for our clients across the US and North America. As well, you will supervise and be responsible for ongoing technical maintenance and repairs throughout the US and North America.

The Operations Lead will report to the US Senior Manager and will work closely with Customer Service, Technical, and other departments.

What you’ll do

  • Assess and order necessary items for service and stock at existing buildings.
  • Assist with smooth execution of new building installations, including scheduling and ordering.
  • Collaborate with property management and facilities teams to assure smooth operations.
  • Learn and analyze building and users’ needs and define deliverables including unit customization, interior signage, product selection, vendor installations, or operational items.
  • Data analysis to learn consumer trends and proactively solve problems.
  • Work with external contractors, vendors, and internal teams on remote site maintenance
  • Assist with recruitment efforts across the US.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

We’re seeking a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and master all aspects of field operations and execution.

With scale at the forefront, TULU is looking for an installation operator to join the Operations team. The Installation Operator is responsible for the execution of the physical and digital rollout of our service in new buildings.

What You’ll Do:

Work directly with the Operations team to organize, and execute installations of new TULU units across US

Be available for onsite installations; this work will include unboxing and stocking of products, setting up a small storage, installing cameras, cable management, and other light handyman work.

Programming of items such as VR Headsets and gaming consoles

Some travel required based on project locations

Who You Are:

  • 2-3 years of operations experience such as maintenance/facilities, property, retail, or similar industries
  • Handyman experience is a must!
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Eagerness and ability to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Zoho, Asana, Trello, a plus!
  • Any ICT/ IOT/ Technical experience a plus
