Imagen Technologies is Hiring a Remote People Operations & Programs Lead

Imagen Technologies is a high growth healthcare startup enabling patients to be diagnosed, treated, and managed at their primary care appointment (vs. having to refer out to hospitals, imaging centers and other slow and expensive options). Today, we’ve built an AI-enabled platform that enables patients to receive immediate diagnostic tests, immediate results, and immediate next steps – all in a single Primary Care appointment. For example: through our platform, women across the U.S. are now receiving comprehensive breast imaging, results, and specialist-driven next steps at their local Primary Care office, condensing a multi-month diagnostic journey into 60 minutes.

With over $160m in funding from Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S. - from 16 states and 500,000 patients in 2023, to 20 states and 1.5M patients in 2024. By 2026, we will be delivering care across 35 states and to more than 5m patients per year.

We’re looking for a bright, motivated generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments, is approachable and solutions-focused, and can act as a “Swiss army knife” within the People team. You’ll have an opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders to craft an intentional, engaging employee experience, and drive impactful much-needed programs and projects to move the needle forward. In this role, you’ll have the ability to synthesize what you’re hearing from employees and translate it into actionable outcomes that support both employee experience and business needs. You’ll go from managing day-to-day HR operations to ideating, developing, executing, and iterating on HR programs and projects – all in the spirit of enhancing employee experience and supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations across end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, leave of absence processing, performance management cycle, compensation changes, employee relations, offboarding, and general employee support.
  • Drive the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, career paths, culture survey, compensation planning to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to provide HR expertise and support on key initiatives, organizational changes, and people-related matters.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in HR operations and programs, contributing to enhanced efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to support HR processes and programs, including benefits administration and payroll.
  • Monitor employee compliance and training in our Learning Management Systems, following up with employees and managers (as needed) to ensure business compliance
  • Generate reports for appropriate cross-functional partners regarding headcount, attrition, etc
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations by completing federal, state/provincial, and city reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of HR experience, with a focus on HR operations, programs management, or related areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute HR programs and initiatives, with a track record of delivering results and impact in HR operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Power user of Google suite; advanced Excel/Google sheets skills preferred
  • Strong familiarity with HRIS systems and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to act with discretion, and have exceptional integrity and judgment in handling confidential information
  • Able to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Bonus points: Experience in a high growth organization, with demonstrated experience stretching into different areas of focus
