Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate FOH Manager to lead our team in providing outstanding service and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of our establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage and train FOH staff.
• Develop and implement service standards and procedures to maintain consistency.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Monito scheduling and staff performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere in the dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of FOH management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Passion for food, wine, and exceptional service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
