Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to be based out of Philadelphia, PA. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this person will be responsible for managing the plan the order process while driving on time delivery and improving the customer experience across Atkore.
What you’ll do:
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a sales or customer facing role in addition to excellent written and verbal communication. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.
