111Please review the following job description:
Provide leadership responsibility for Vendor/Supplier Managers. Primary liaison between the Business Unit (BU) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). Serve as the subject matter expert to manage the relationship within the business unit and vendor to improve risk, cost, quality, and ease of doing business across the business unit. Liaises with TPRM to ensure all managed services are in compliance with TPRM Standards and Policies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify and manage vendor risks per the Third Party Risk Management policies and guidelines.
2. Monitors third party service relationships to manage risk, ensure quality of service delivery, internal client satisfaction, operational efficiencies and achievement of target cost savings.
3. Responsibility may include large/complex or high-risk relationships. Manages large projects without oversight. Drives process improvement initiatives.
4. Communicates team vision, gives clear direction and enables enterprise-wide thinking within team of Supplier Service Managers.
5. Assist with negotiations and decision making on contracts, Master Agreements, and/or Statements of Work with spend in excess spend of $100MM.
6. Ensure contract compliance for documented terms and conditions.
7. Operate and deliver results in a highly matrixed, integrated team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. College degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Seven or more years of experience in business functions or equivalent experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, contract management, or materials management.
3. Resourceful self-starter with proven ability to work as part of a geographically distributed team leveraging virtual communication/interaction.
4. Excellent communication skills; effective at identifying issues; problem solving; influencing and coordinating action resolution; and communicating regularly with Executive Leadership.
5. Skilled at identifying risk, developing mitigation plans, and managing resolution.
6. Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by the Vendors service.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience using Vendor Management Systems.
2. Mortgage Industry Experience.
3. Experience with management of third-party suppliers, onshore and off-shore.
4. Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Management of Logistics or equivalent.
