Provide guidance to teammates across the retail insurance organization, and to 3rd party vendors, in order to support firm growth and success. Manage projects geared toward meeting operational goals, adding efficiency, and driving excellence in client service and agency operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to systems, procedures, workflows, and resources.
2. Monitor adherence to procedures and standards.
3. Build and maintain relationships across business units, carriers, vendors, and outsourcing partners.
4. Support creation of improved efficiencies and cost savings.
5. Identify line of business challenges, provide support, and follow through to resolution.
6. Participate in project groups and collaborate with team members.
7. Provide support to other operations team members as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
2. Three years of experience within the insurance industry
3. Highly effective written / verbal communication and facilitation skills
4. Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applications
