We are currently seeking a [[Operations Analyst]] to join our team in [[Atlanta]], [[GA]], [[USA]].

Operations Analyst wanted in Atlanta area. Responsible for Operations on Multi Tower Account. Minimum of 5 years of Operational Management within the IT environment.

Duties include but, not limited to the following.

Operational Delivery

• Attend Weekly Client meetings
• Attend bi-weekly Client Operations meeting
• Attend Major Incident Management calls as needed
• Provide operational guidance to NTT DATA delivery towers within SOG account
• Identify trends and success factors to maintain service delivery excellence
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation.

Reporting and analysis

• Create and maintain Daily Operational Report
• Maintain Monthly SOG Operational metrics
• Insure compliance with contractual SOG customer reporting requirements

Quarterly SMM Review

• Responsible for quarterly reviews
• Obtain approvals from Towers, MSI, and SGA
• Quarterly Work Instruction Review

Creating new SMMs & supporting Documents

• Identify new SMM opportunities with Towers
• Obtain approvals from Towers, MSI, and SGA

SLA Monitoring

• Review ITSM reports to ensure W.O.s and Incidents aren't expiring.
• Review RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Assist Towers in filing exceptions
• Review exceptions report
• Attend weekly exceptions call with MSI and bi-weekly SLA call

Process Compliance

• Conduct problem investigation and RCA on SME process related issues
First level of escalation from Towers

Required Skills:

Account/Delivery Management-Project and Program Management - 5 years exp.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $95k to $125k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
