Truck Center Companies is Hiring a Receptionist/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Near Faribault, MN
- Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude toward our customer.
- Greet walk-in customers with a smile within 20 seconds upon arrival, anywhere in our dealership.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and politely.
- Report drivers' time cards to payroll
- Assist i typing all necessary correspondences, quote and other typing as needed for the general manager, sales representatives or other personnel as needed.
- Prepare all truck paperwork properly for customer's arrival.
- File titles and release liens in truck files.
- Update truck inventory weekly.
- Post repair orders and other charges to truck files daily.
- Must be capable of answering multiple line telephone system.
- Should be capable of occasionally lifting up to 45lbs.
- Must be able to run a 10-key by touch.
- Must have efficient typing skills.
- Must be able to operate office equipment.
