The Sales Compensation Analyst will provide comprehensive sales operations support related to sales compensation. You will be responsible for supporting the sales compensation planning and distribution function, with additional day to day focus on analysis of transactions related to compensation issues or questions.
As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with several organizations (including Sales leadership, Partner Operations, Finance, Order Management, HR, Accounting and Legal), with the primary objective of supporting sales with guidance on sales compensation policies and questions related to sales crediting at the transaction level. The Sales Compensation Analyst acts as the subject matter expert on opportunity data in support of the sales commission process. The ideal candidate will be highly data driven, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision.
