WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a National Retail Sales Analyst who will be responsible for providing sales and account management support for the NRChannel Sales team. You will report to the Sr. Director of Channel Sales andbe responsible for supporting Mobile business. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales performance and identify(proactive and reactive) to drive the account success.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with monitoring and analyzing promotions, productperformance, store level performance, competitive analysis, et al to determineoptimal portfolio and approach (proactive and retroactive) to drive accountsuccess.
  • Aidein the sell in and management promotional sales, product sell-in, and marketingsupport.
  • Compileand communicate on-site merchandising Proof of Performance, as needed.
  • Ensure compliance of various policies governing new item set-up, PDP content,and creation of merchandising assets for onsite promotions.
  • Assistwith investigation and response to account notifications and escalations.
  • Responsiblefor weekly reporting including but not limited to: Sell-out, Inventory gaps.
  • Interfacewith multiple internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Business Operations,Finance and SCM and assist in increasing efficiencies and functionality in thesales process.
  • Maintaininternal sales and account management documents (promotions roadmaps,promotions submission templates, promotions agreements, marketing planner,sales and insights reporting, etc.)
Required Experience and Education:
  • 3-5 years of relevantbusiness experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.

  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.

Physical Demands:

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
