Front Desk Receptionist in active Nursing Home
STARTING DECEMBER 2023
Job duties include:
- Hours Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm, and weekday Holidays as needed
- Handle responsibilities of answering and screening all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet visitors
- Monitor foot traffic in and out of lobby
- Make overhead pages
- Route calls, messages, faxes and perform other clerical tasks
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
- Responsible for providing basic information of the services of nursing home to clients
- Handle the tasks of receiving and forwarding admission inquiries to the admissions department
- Perform responsibilities of attending appropriate trainings as scheduled
- Responsible for providing full range of administrative support as requested
- Handle clerical tasks, written communication and reports as required
