Private learning center is looking for part-time or full time front desk receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Collect and process payments from customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of center
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Must speak both mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with students, parents and staff in a professional manner
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of education is a plus
