Job Description
TRG Screen is experiencing rapid growth globally, as a result of recent backing from Vista Equity Partners, we are investing heavily in our employee resources to support our team members’ unique journeys as we continue to scale our company. In order to support this, we are searching for a Human Resources Learning and Development Manager who will drive the development and design of high-impact learning strategies to drive employee and business performance across our business. This is a new role that will be dedicated to help build on our culture of excellence and support our employees’ careers throughout their life cycle. You will have the opportunity to identify skill gaps, training requirements and emerging learning trends and build world class training programs that will directly impact our business results and the way we provide services to our clients. You will report directly to the CHRO, based in in New York (HQ) and work across our global organization.
