About the team:
The Learning and Development Manager will be a pivotal leader to shape our organization's learning culture, and foster continuous growth and development. The ideal candidate has exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive learning strategies forward. They will lead the team to drive L&D strategies and execution for client facing teams including sales, customer support, payment operations and customer success and leverage their expertise in educating on product and technical knowledge, as well as skills and processes, to customize learning initiatives according to the unique requirements of each team.
