The position is a dual location position between a Trenton and Newark office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training
- Payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Assist with employee relations issues and investigations as needed
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

-Lead Employee Engagement Committee
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
