Trella Health is Hiring a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner Near Atlanta, GA

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in driving our talent acquisition efforts to support the evolving needs of the business. To contribute to the overall success of the company, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify top talent, build effective recruitment strategies, and develop operational best practices for our recruiting function. You will bring your strong desire to build programs at scale while performing tactical execution of full-cycle recruitment. Additionally, you are a dynamic team player and will utilize other strengths and knowledge to contribute to broader department and company-level initiatives.

Location: Atlanta HQ

Reports to: Head of PeopleOps

As a member of the PeopleOps team at Trella, you will:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a diverse candidate pipeline, including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide valuable feedback to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, initiating assessments, and collecting feedback from interviewers.
  • Drive the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and partnering with the PeopleOps team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Continuously optimize and streamline recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, improve candidate experience, and meet hiring goals.
  • Serve as the liaison with external staffing partners, offshore business partners, and university relations to manage the recruiting workflows when augmenting staff or executing campus hiring programs.
  • Develop and facilitate interviewing training programs that an understanding of structured hiring practices and utilization of recruitment/onboarding toolkits.
  • Partner with marketing on recruitment marketing and employer brand initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to broader PeopleOps initiatives as needed.

This job might be a fit for you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a growth stage startup environment; prior agency experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talent across various functions and levels; familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) organizational functions is preferred, including Go-to-Market, Technology, and General & Administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment law compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience building college/university recruitment programs.
  • Experience managing third party relationships, including software vendors, staffing partners, and global business process outsourcing relationships for offshore hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High degree of empathy and integrity for internal and external relationships with an emphasis on building inclusive stakeholder experiences and processes that align with company values.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously, and at times with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and drive results.
  • Passion for problem-solving, finding innovative and creative solutions to complex problems and are always finding new ways to improve.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, highly preferred), HRIS, and other recruitment tools/software.
