SUMMARY: To provide administrative support and provide reports and analysis to support strategic change decisions. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform analyses of revenue operations and marketing activities in order to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions for decision-making purposes
Identify and communicate patterns and relationships utilizing multiple data sources, and interpret analysis results and make recommendations to management
Run and file various gaming reports
Assist with Table Games tokes
Assist in creation and maintenance of written documentation for the systems, processes, and reports supported
File and follow up on all contracts
Assist with the staffing process, including monitoring staffing levels, tracking applications, and conducting interviews
Organize and maintain confidential administrative and division personnel files including attendance records and seniority lists
Maintain meeting and training schedules, electronic slot files, and Policy & Procedure and training manuals and make modifications as needed
Administer the time and attendance system and follow up on pay discrepancies,
General clerical duties, including sorting and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and recording and distributing monthly meeting minutes
KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge and Certification Required:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
1-year experience as an Administrative Assistant / Secretary
2 years Gaming Operations experience
2 years’ experience creating SQL or Crystal queries
Skills Required:
Accurate and detail-oriented
Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) and Windows XP
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
