Responsibilities include:

• Providing high-level administrative support for the CEO, Executive Staff, and Board of Directors
• Handling administrative needs of executives and the board
• Arranging conference calls, meetings, and events
• Planning work-related travel details
• Composing and editing correspondence for executive staff and the board
• Recording meeting minutes during board meetings

What you need to succeed:

• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to take detailed notes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain discretion
• Experience in providing administrative support at an executive level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
