Responsibilities include :

• Recruit for Open Positions : Source and attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.

What you need to succeed :

• Recruiting Experience : Bring at least 3 years of experience in recruiting with proficiency in an ATS system.

• Mechanical Inclination : Demonstrate mechanical aptitude to thrive in a manufacturing environment.
