A midsize passenger transportation client in the greater Phoenix area is looking to hire an Operations Manager to support their growing business.

As the Operations Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of daily operations.

From the first route of the day to the last, you will be responsible for managing driving staff, dispatch, and CSR team. Building, growing, and leading your team necessitations transportation and dispatch experience, as well as the energy and focus needed to motivate them.

Qualifications

The ability to analyze metrics, shift focus rapidly, and problem-solve are essential to your success as an Operations Manager. Strong analytical and technology skills are also important.

To manage the level of responsibility this position requires, you must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in the transportation industry, some of which must involve passenger transport. Between collaborating with executive leadership and managing your team, strong communication skills are a must.
