Holley is seeking a proficient operational lead to spearhead the implementation of top-tier industry standards at the Baer Operations facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This role requires adept leadership in optimizing production and manufacturing engineering, encompassing various aspects such as enhancing product production efficiencies, ensuring safety protocols, establishing and executing processes, overseeing maintenance tasks, managing stocking, picking, and pulling operations, supervising assembly and kitting processes, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Job Elements (Essential Functions Performed):

• Oversee the planning, organizing and implementation of production activities in the Arizona Operations Campus to meet or exceed the forecasted levels for inventory, quality, productivity, division operational profits and on time shipments.
• Meet or exceed quality and customer service expectations through a high quality focus and the application of continuous improvement techniques.
• Collaborate with other staff members at staff meetings, strategic planning sessions, etc. on matters of operational focus.
• Develop a focused management effort through the use of employee empowerment.
• Encourage cost reduction activities providing improved product value and increased profitability to the division.
• Develop facility goals and objectives consistent with divisional strategic plans.
• Manage day to day activities of the plant concerning direct reporting.
• Cooperate with Corporate EH&S Manager to assure facility is in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.
• Manage the introduction of new products from an operations standpoint through close coordination with product engineering and product engineering and management.
• Provide a safe, clean work environment for production of profitable, quality selected products
• Provide opportunities for the development, training, growth and succession of individuals within the organization.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with direct staff
• Provide regular communications throughout the Baer’s Arizona operations.
• Direct the staffing and organization structure necessary for successful attainment of the facilities goals.
• Provide the leadership for maintaining an “open door” environment.

Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required):

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Five (5) years of manufacturing/operations related experience including five (3) years of direct supervisory experience in a similar environment (assembly operations, heavy machining).
• Strong interpersonal/communication/leadership team skills.
• 6 sigma/lean a plus.
• Inventory/materials management and financial control experience.
