We are currently looking for a part-time Accounting Specialist to support and assist our Senior Accountant and Chief Financial Officer. If you enjoy assisting clients with questions regarding their invoices, have had success in collecting delinquent accounts, are organized and recognize the detail involved in processing receivables and thrive when working within a team, you will be a perfect fit. 

We are a heads-down, hard-working team that shows up each day to accomplish what needs to be done. Because we are a small team, we tend to wear many hats within the accounting realm. We pride ourselves in helping each other and in making every day great.

Compensation and Benefits

To be successful as an Accounting Specialist for us you need to have at least one year of experience in accounts receivable, billing and collections. Beyond experience in general accounting it is also essential that you are proficient with Microsoft Excel and entering (and reviewing) detailed data. We work in Great Plains accounting software, but if you have prior experience in other software platforms, we are happy to train you on the specifics of Great Plains!
