Job Summary

The Human Resource Generalist will provide support to the organization through collaborating on leaves of absence, hiring efforts and employee relations. The Human Resource Generalist will be an indispensable partner with each member of the Human Resource team on ProLift's goals and initiatives. This position requires strict confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information.

General Duties and Responsibilities

Utilize HR expertise in employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, and training
Administer and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations for ADA, ACA, FMLA, FLSA etc.
Partner with leadership in multiple locations for hiring needs
Manage the administration and follow-up of leaves, accommodations and worker's compensation cases
Operate in a professional and courteous manner to exceed customer expectations both in presentation and communication
Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy

Educational/Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources; at least five years in human resources through multiple states, proficient in HRIS and Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Human Resource Generalist communicates to associates, customers, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
