Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist the Human Resources Manager with complex and specialized administrative tasks including reviewing job applications from prospective associates, managing and overseeing records, generating reports, and conducting new hire orientation. This position requires strict confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Educational/Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least two years in human resources, at least one year reviewing resumes / onboarding, knowledge or willingness to learn Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
The Human Resources Coordinator communicates to associates, customers, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
