What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll be expected to:

• Take the lead in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall curriculum and classroom experience.
• Regularly communicate with parents, providing updates on their child's progress, achievements, and activities.
•  Ensure the safety and well-being of each child, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
• Remain current on best practices in early childhood education and contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives.

What You'll Need:

To excel in this position, you'll need to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a center setting, showcasing your expertise in early childhood education.
• A TCC, CDA, or Degree in ECE or CD
• A dedication to meeting the physical demands of working with young children.
• A commitment to obtaining or maintaining required certifications, including CPR and First Aid, an annual TB test, and a physical examination.
