Description:
The Morgan Oliver School is seeking an energetic and compassionate lead teacher for our K-2 classroom. Our school is a small anti racist community school serving kids 5-13. We are located in Kirkwood, Atlanta but will be relocated next year to East Atlanta Village. This will be a lead teaching role for an experienced educator well versed and trained in early literacy and teaching foundational reading and math skills. The candidate will have experience with formative assessments, identifying areas of growth in kids and creating small groups to support each child's needs. Special skills or talents are welcome. We are seeking a warm and flexible teacher who is interested in developing their practice and is adaptable to various needs of a small school.
This role is a salaried position with all applicable school breaks off.
