Job Description

As a Contract Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth and engagement for Tourch. In addition to general marketing responsibilities, your direct marketing efforts will be crucial to the success of our download-and-ride segment during this 3-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Direct Marketing for Download-and-Ride: Devote a significant portion of your efforts to implement direct marketing strategies that encourage immediate app downloads and ride requests for passengers exiting cruise ships.
• Local Partnerships: Collaborate with local businesses, hotels, and tourism operators to enhance our user experience and create exclusive deals for our passengers.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Tourch at various events, fostering relationships, and promoting the brand within the local community.
• Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email, and local advertising, to increase brand visibility and user engagement.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia, to effectively convey our brand's message to a diverse audience.
• User Engagement: Implement and monitor user engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs, rewards, and push notifications to keep passengers and drivers engaged.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, identify key metrics, and make real-time adjustments for continuous improvement.

By the Time You Leave You'll have Experience

• Proven experience in marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.

Contract Duration: 3 Months (with the possibility of extension)
