We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of current marketing trends. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the marketing point person for Eagle’s business units, engaging them in annual marketing and communication planning, measuring potential ROI or organizational benefit, and driving execution through the year.
• Work with Management to create a strategic marketing planning process.
• Develop an understanding of each business units’ objectives and challenges.
• Drive execution of business unit deliverables both personally and through the marketing team
• Assist with related special projects, as assigned.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products or services.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
• Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, printers, and graphic designers.
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, website traffic, etc.) to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Passion for marketing and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience in web development.
• Experience in graphic design (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator…)
• Experience working with a CRM
