Touchstone Behavioral Health is Hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist Near Phoenix, AZ

General Summary:

The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for review and resolution of outstanding insurance balances on Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid accounts. Submitting claims electronically and/or paper. Review and resolve outstanding insurance balances for Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid accounts.

Essential Functions:

  1. Effectively manages assigned insurance receivables to achieve company set expectations
  2. Submit timely and accurate electronic and/or hardcopy claims
  3. Research, process and follow-up on claim denials and appeals in a timely manner
  4. Communicates with insurance companies as needed to resolve claim issues
  5. Verifies eligibility on AHCCCS and RBHA’s online website, reconciles and updates EMR accordingly.
  6. Applies daily deposits in EMR system to appropriate payers. Reconciles balances and follows up with contact

to agencies for payment

  1. Audits current claims for errors. Sends errors to providers for corrections
  2. Assist in special projects and perform other related duties as needed and assigned

and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment

  • Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
