The Finance Operations Specialist in Arizona will have a range of responsibilities focusing on month-end closing, accounts payable processing, and payroll management. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of financial operations within the organization.

Responsiblities:

• Assist in the month-end closing processes for US company
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Handle payroll processing, including timekeeping, payroll calculations and disbursement of wages.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local tax regulations and payroll tax filings.
• Provide general finance support, including administrative and ad-hoc projects.
• Works closely with departments based I headquarters, including Payroll, HR, Finance and other team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Payroll related fields
• Experience in a US-based company, with knowledge of Arizona state taxes
• Familiarity with Certifpay payroll system and Dynamics D365, including proficiency in using associated applications
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Experience in preparing and filing payroll tax returns and other regulatory reports
• Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Demonstrated ability to support operations
• Demonstrated ability to document and improve operational processes
• A self-starter, who will take the initiative to lead and drive implementation
