Customer Support Specialist 
DESCRIPTION JOB:
Location:
Meadow Woods 6 am to 2 pm & Poinciana 2 pm to 7 pm
Position: Customer Support Specialist
Pay: $15
Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Monday through Friday
Benefits: Weekly Paycheck (every Friday) Medical Insurance, PTO accrual, Several paid days off on major holidays every year, more

JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Support Specialist shall direct and guide passengers and visitors by providing accurate information to any inquiries. Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. A second language is helpful but not required.
RATE OF PAY: $15.00 Per hour.
Monday to Friday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(including but not limited to the following)
  • Must greet all passengers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Able to work standing all 4 hours.
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment and diffuse situations that may arise.
  • Must know how to problem solve in assessing situations that impact Passenger safety.
  • Able to work in front of the public and communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally.
  • Employees will be expected to perform duties in outside environments and possibly various weather conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED. (Please bring a copy to interview)
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Customer Service field.
  • Familiarity with Orlando and the Orlando area attractions and hotels.
  • People-oriented and excellent communication skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • 100% requires you to be able to speak and hear clearly.
  • 95% of the position requires you to be able to walk or stand during the majority of the day.
  • You may be asked to lift up to 30 lbs.
