OIA PT/FT Customer Service Bi-Lingual Ambassador
MUST BE BILINGUAL FOR THIS POSITION

PT - FT must be able to take a 2 week Mandatory training Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30pm paid training.
Location: Orlando International Airport (OIA)
Job Consistency is a must (no skipping from one job to another in the same year.
Must be in the same assignment for 1 year or more to qualify you.
Job Details:
- 10 plus positions available.
- Immediate Hire after passing background
- LOCATION: Orlando International Airport
- Payrate $16.75 per hour
FT positions (Mandatory Weekends)
1st Shift 4:00am to 12:30pm – FT
1st Shift 4:00 am to 8:00 am - PT
3rd Shift 3:00 to 12:00 am – FT
3rd Shift 8pm to 12:00am ( Again mandatory 2 week training, Monday to Friday
8am to 4:30 pm)
PT -FT positions (Mandatory Weekends)
(PT - Must work every weekend and 3 days during the week for a total of 25 hours a week)
Excellent Benefit package.

The Customer Service Ambassador will be assisting guests, and passengers by providing them with correct information to every question or request. As this is a bilingual position the candidate should be able to speak and understand fluently one of the following languages along with English:

- Dutch
- Hindi
All passengers and guests must be greeted in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to resolve any uprising issues or concerns that may come about
Able to work in front of a group of people while communicating clearly, effectively and professionally in a high-stress environment

Requirements:
- Required to work on the weekends and holidays.
- Must do a video Chat to pre-qualified for the position
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time (8 hours or more).
- Ability to speak and hear clearly.
- Be fluent in English and a secondary language a must.
- Minimum of 2 year of Customer Service Experience.
- Required to have a GED or High School Diploma.
- Must pass a background
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass a language test
- No Visible tattoos on hand, wrists, fingers, neck or face.
