Duties:

• Handle export orders, arrange customer pickups/deliveries, verify export documents, book shipping space, etc.
• Follow up on cargo movement, coordinate with relevant parties, handle contingencies.
• Provide pricing, order tracking, claims handling and other after-sales services to customers.
• Maintain good client relationships, resolve queries, and improve service quality.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Shipping, or related fields is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations, familiar with export processes and relevant laws/regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to read and compose export documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and ability to operate computers/systems efficiently.
• Highly responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong communication, coordination and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Prior experience in the shipping/maritime industry is a plus.
• Relevant certifications like Customs Broker, International Trade etc. are advantageous.
• Bilingual Chinese and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
