- Greet all customers and incoming calls with high energy and in an engaging manner.
- Answer inquiries and direct customers and calls to the appropriate associates.
- Have good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Maintain a positive mindset toward each customer inquiry and request.
- Communicate, communicate, communicate.
- Possess a patient and understanding attitude, with a focus on finding a solution to customer issues.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly & solve problems.
- Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Ability to organize thoughts and communications in a logical manner, ask clarifying questions, and restate issues to insure proper understanding.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, effectively utilize available resources and follow through on obligations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, software applications.
- Ability to operate a variety of other office equipment, including a calculator, copy machine, printer, fax machine, and telephone.
- Strong computer skills with experience using standard applications, e-mail, and internet FROM HOME REMOTELY.
