Responsibilities:

- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to find interest

- Set inspection appointments

- Engage with potential clients in a friendly and persuasive manner

- Communicate effectively to educate individuals about their roofs and resolutions

- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential clients

- Generate qualified leads

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

- Reliable vehicle and smart phone

- Valid driver's license

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising is preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable working in various weather conditions while conducting door-to-door canvassing

Compensation Package:

- $500 base salary per week plus commission

- Unlimited earning potential

- $1000 - $4500 per week

- $250 Recruiting bonus

- Straight commission option available
