Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Sales Closer who is eager to jump-start their career in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for those who are natural deal-closers and are looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for nurturing leads, understanding customer needs, and effectively closing sales to meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Provide detailed information about our health insurance products to potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and tailor products to meet those needs.
• Efficiently manage and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.

• Strong desire to build a career in sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Enthusiastic and excellent team player.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
