Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Retail Sales Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales and gain valuable experience. .

Duties:
- Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business

- Educating others on Healthcare options available to them & setting them up with better alternatives to what they can access.

-$75K/year earning potential but the expectation is for you to achieve over $150K in the first year alone. *based on performance*

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to market and negotiate effectively
- Fluent in English; additional fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country
