IN OFFICE POSITION!
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Health Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling health insurance policies to individuals, families, and businesses. Your primary goal will be to educate potential customers about the benefits of our health insurance plans and provide them with the best coverage options to suit their needs.
Responsibilities: - Prospect, generate leads, and close sales for health insurance policies - Develop a deep understanding of our health insurance products and services - Educate clients on different coverage options and policies available - Conduct needs assessments to determine the best health insurance plans for potential clients - Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
