About The Role:

TodayTix Group ( TTG ) is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to play a key strategic and executional role in our NYC business. 

Reporting directly into our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms. You will also monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth. You must have strong communication and presentation skills, as you will be interfacing with internal and external partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a strategic thinker who can develop and execute cutting-edge paid social campaigns and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Please note: This is a full time position and qualified candidates must be based in the New York City area, as this is a hybrid position (working both from home and in the office). Expected time in the office is 1 - 2 days a week.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategics that align with internal and external objectives and target audiences
  • Create, set up, and manage paid social campaigns across various platforms. Manage budgets, bidding strategies and optimization to meet KPIs
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular performance reports to clients, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, platforms, and trends for impactful targeting
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and scaling, while managing budgets effectively
We're Looking for Someone With:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of paid social experience with hands on experience within Facebook and TikTok ads managers
  • Deep understanding of varying performance marketing goals and methods - ROAS, dynamic ads, omnichannel strategics, etc
  • Proven track record of successfully driving results through paid social campaigns
  • Creative flair and ability to collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and adhere to platform-specific guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy and effectively communicate insights with key stakeholder
  • Experience and comfortability interfacing with internal leaders and external partners
  • Exceptional data analytics skills; ability to draw conclusions from data and form actionable insights.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

$80,000 - $120,000 a year
Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually. 
We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
