Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:- Drive go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling growth marketing campaigns to help Meta’s advertisers adopt advertising best practices.
- Working with quantitative and qualitative data teams to deeply understand the audience and use cases to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement
- Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and adoption
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on-time and impactful launches.
Minimum Qualifications:- 5 years of experience in marketing
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in at least two of these areas (email, Facebook Ads, display, onsite merchandising, content marketing, digital video)
- Experience with A/B testing and lift measurement
- Experience influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications:- Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, specifically Meta’s advertising suite.
