About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Paid Social Manager to lead our dynamic paid social marketing team. This pivotal role involves steering our team towards identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, primarily through strategic acquisition and creative optimisation. As a key player, you will collaborate closely with our Paid Social, Paid Search, and Shopify teams, transforming acquisition data, customer insights, and financial goals into actionable, cross-functional experimental strategies. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the team towards achieving our ambitious objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analysis and Growth Identification: Dive deep into paid advertising data to uncover growth opportunities in both existing and emerging channels, aiming to expand our audience reach.
  • Cross-Functional Experimentation: Develop and implement a comprehensive A/B testing strategy, keeping the company's bottom line in sharp focus.
  • Project Leadership: Initiate and manage a diverse range of projects, including customer-centric testing, full-funnel experimentation, creative concept exploration, and new product use case testing.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work in tandem with the senior growth marketer to set project priorities and align on overarching objectives.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with various teams, including Customer Insights, Shopify, Data, Paid Social, Paid Search, and Product, to bring your projects to fruition.

What We Expect from You:

  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the DTC/eCommerce space, specifically in performance marketing or growth roles.
  • Expertise in Paid Channels: A strong background in managing significant ad budgets (minimum of $500K per month) and in-depth knowledge of platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in web analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, and BI dashboarding, with a keen eye for data interpretation and strategy formulation.
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset: A fearless approach to experimentation, understanding the value of learning from both successes and failures.
  • Business-Centric Perspective: Always aligning efforts with the broader business objectives and prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of at least 5 members, coupled with outstanding project management capabilities to handle multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.


New York pay range

$117,750—$157,000 USD
