We are a Wholesale Trade business that is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtaining primary financial data for accounting records
- Reviewing vendor statements and respond to any inquiries by the vendor or supplier.
- Processing supplier AP/AR invoice deduction.
- Reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Matching checks with invoices, mailing checks, and filing backup copies.
- Matching invoices to checks, obtaining all signatures for checks and distributing checks accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in Bookkeeping AP/AR.
- QuickBooks proficiency.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
