Job Description
Leading restaurant operating company is seeking experienced bookkeeper with strong prior experience. Key responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Receivables - reconcile daily sales, bank accounts, credit card, cash, etc.
- Accounts Payable – process invoices and make payments
- Payroll Processing – enter timesheets, rate, etc. and submit to ADP/ payroll processor
- Update Quick books
- Taxes - Sales Tax working and e-filling
- Month-end close
- Financial Reporting - weekly Prime Cost sheets, monthly dashboard, P&L
- Compliance - ensure compliance with labor and company policies
- Insurance - insurance, workers compensation, etc. premium
