TMC Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA). The Sr. BA will Identify and document functional requirements and create user stories for the EPAS application. They will work to design and test functional components of the system according to project specifications. The Sr. BA will develop project documentation and user training materials according to program specifications. The Sr. BA will provide technical support to end users. The Sr. BA will perform program management support tasks, such as status reporting and work plan maintenance.

Location: Washington, D.C (hybrid) 

Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret Clearance 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements 
• The Sr. BA uses available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement to determine the most useful business solution 
• Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
• Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
• Reviews and analyzes information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures
• Provides expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis
• Performs more routine aspects of the position and is supervised by higher levels 
• Experience in enterprise systems development including documenting as-is business process flows 
• Ability in creating and grooming tickets based on priority -Assist an organization to translate its vision and strategy into business process 
• Experience in the identification and documentation of functional requirements 
• Skilled in the development of communications plans 
• Experience developing project documentation and user training materials including user training sessions 
• Experience working in an Agile development environment -Lead clients through streamlining, reengineering and transforming business processes 
• Assist and support Scrum Master as needed 

US Citizenship and Active Top Secret Clearance required

Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience required

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferred (additional years of experience in lieu of degree)

Preferred experience includes: Scrum Master certification, testing, and or PMO experience
