Supervision and Direction: The Accounts Payable (“AP”) will receive general supervision and direction from the Accounts Payable Manager. AP is responsible for working with the Site Managers and ensuring that property related vendors are paid in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Managed properties in portfolio
• Commit and process payments for portfolio (vendor, SD refunds, RTO's)
• Respond to tickets, emails, voicemails in a timely manner
• Research invoices, outstanding checks 
• Complete special projects when assigned
