Titan Technologies, a fast-growing systems integrator, is actively seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Business Operation Specialist for our Defense and Intelligence business sector directly supporting SITEC EOM 3.

Reporting directly to the Titan Technologies Program Manager, you will be responsible for generating weekly and monthly tasks and financial reports. You will assist the finance team in responsibilities including tracking financial results, timekeeping discrepancies, and performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPIs. To be a successful Business Operations Specialist, you should have experience in the same or similar role, managing all business operations and assisting the program manager in setting goals across the entire organization. You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.

Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions are in line with our program and company objectives and requirements.

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure all processes are being adhered to and meet program goals
• Maximize the efficiency of all program procedures
• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
• Build processes that meet our program objectives and ensure compliance
• Monitor financial data and recommend solutions
• Coordinate with the HR department to ensure hiring plans meet program requirements
• Consider the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new plans

Requirements and skills

• 5 years Business Operations Specialist or in a similar role
• Knowledge of operations management
• Experience with forecasting models including Microsoft Excel Expertise
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, preferably various project reporting (e.g., Business Intelligence) Time and Expense (T&E), project setup/maintenance and invoicing
• Attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills
