In 2010, we emerged in the commercial fire and security market as well. We have since helped our customers retain ultimate control of their access control and video surveillance systems via an online portal as well as smartphone apps. This makes our systems superior to most of the other alarm companies and integrators out there that are stuck in their old ways with systems that provide a level of complication that we have removed for our customers. Our customers and employees are our most important asset. Thats why we affectionately refer to both our customers and employees as family. As a res...ult, our customers stay loyal to us. We have one of the lowest customer attrition rates in the industry. Check out our reviews on BBB, Yahoo, Google, Yelp, Kudzu and more. Youll see that our customers rave about their system and our service. We look forward to welcoming you to the Titan Alarm Family.
